Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging in any services provided by Interway Wash. By using our pressure washing services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Agreement:
1.1. Interway Wash will provide pressure washing services as agreed upon in writing or through other means of communication.
1.2. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the property to be serviced, including any specific requirements or limitations.
1.3. Interway Wash reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if the property poses a safety risk or if the scope of work is beyond the capabilities of our equipment or personnel.
2. Pricing and Payment:
2.1. The client will be provided with an estimate or quotation for the pressure washing services based on the information provided.
2.2. Prices are subject to change based on the final scope of work and any additional requirements that may arise during the project.
2.3. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon before the commencement of services.
2.4. Interway Wash reserves the right to charge interest or late fees on overdue payments.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
3.1. The client must provide a minimum notice period of 24 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling of services.
3.2. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Interway Wash may need to reschedule the services for the safety and efficiency of the operation.
4. Property Condition:
4.1. The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is in suitable condition for pressure washing services.
4.2. Interway Wash shall not be held liable for any damages to the property resulting from pre-existing conditions, faulty construction, or inadequate maintenance.
5. Liability:
5.1. Interway Wash maintains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any unforeseen incidents or accidents.
5.2. Interway Wash will take reasonable precautions to minimize risks; however, the client agrees that Interway Wash will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the pressure washing services, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Client’s Obligations:
6.1. The client must provide access to the property and ensure that all relevant permissions, such as homeowner association approvals, are obtained before the service date.
6.2. The client is responsible for removing or securing any fragile or valuable items, including but not limited to plants, decorations, and outdoor furniture, before the pressure washing services.
7. Warranty:
7.1. Interway Wash warrants that the pressure washing services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
7.2. Any claims for unsatisfactory work must be reported to Interway Wash within 24 hours of the service completion date.
8. Intellectual Property:
8.1. All materials, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and service marks, used by Interway Wash are the property of Interway Wash and may not be used without written consent.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
10. Entire Agreement:
10.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Interway Wash and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein
